The Ages and Stages Questionnaire: Social Emotional Screening Tool (ASQ: SE) is an evidence-based, accurate and low-cost screening tool composed of a series of simple-to-complete parent questionnaires. The ASQ: SE is designed to identify young children who may be experiencing social or emotional difficulties.
