Case Managers Support Group

The Healthy Families Network Advisory Committee created a support group for Case Managers in March of 2006. This group meets monthly. The group meets on the second Friday of the month from 11:30 to 1:30. Lunch is provided. If you are interested in attending, please call Stesha or Beth at 651-224-5540, or email spatrick@hart-shegos.com. In order to accommodate as many people as possible, we will limit the enrollment to no more than two case managers per site.
